Take your chicken and season it with some oil and seasoning mix - 1 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp granulated onion, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tsp hot paprika, 1 tsp salt or to taste. Bake at 425 F for 30 minutes.
In a pan take 2 tbsp butter and add in chopped garlic, once toasted add in ⅓ cup ketchup and 2 tbsp honey, 2-3 tsp chili flakes ( depending on your heat preference) and our favorite Thai chili pepper.
