BBQ are great in summers but if we add some more flavors and spiciness to it , that would be icing on a cake. Today lets make a flavor packed Tandoori Bbq Chicken.

This is a flavor packed dish great for BBQ outdoor with friends and family. Tandoori BBQ Chicken is easy to make and tastes incredible, Just looking at it will make your mouth water so lets begin.

Ingredients
3 pound chicken Legs , Boneless thighs
1 pound yoghurt
Ginger garlic paste
2 Tbsp Hot paprika
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Ghee (Clarified butter)
Garlic
Thai chili pepper
BBQ grill

Directions
Take 3 Pound chicken legs and boneless thighs in a bowl and add 1 pound yoghurt with
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 Tbsp Hot paprika, 2 tsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala. Mix everything properly and let it marinate overnight.BBQ the chicken until its fully cooked.
To make the BBQ chicken more delicious lets make spicy butter, In a pan heat butter, after it melts add finely chopped garlic, cook until the garlic is slightly brown add finely chopped Thai chili pepper.
Brush the BBQ chicken with the spicy butter and serve.
