Hey have you ever tried Tandoori with some cheesy and tangy chutneys, If not lets make some today, This Tandoori Chicken melt is spicy , tangy and cheesy, Its filled with lots of flavours for your taste buds. Do try this recipe and share with your friends and family and leave a rating.
Cello Harissa Fontal cheese
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
Thai chili pepper
Marinating the chicken, Add the following ingredients in a bowl and mix well together -
Boneless chicken, 1 cup yoghurt,1 tbsp paprika, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, Thai chili pepper
Let the chicken marinate for at least 3 hours
Grill the chicken until fully cooked.
Slice the sub roll in half apply Butter on one side and Mango chutney on other generously.
Place the grilled chicken on the sub roll and top up with Cello Harissa Fontal cheese generously as per your choice and some finely sliced red onion.
Put back the sandwich into grill till the cheese melts, And serve.
Garnish with some Thai chili pepper and cilantro, and enjoy the cheesy Tandoori chicken sandwich!
