Tandoori Octopus
People of some cultures eat octopus. The arms and sometimes other body parts are prepared in various ways, So today we have a nice Tandoor and you know what's going to happen. Let's make Tandoori Octopus!!

Nice spicy and crisp with the chewy texture, here's how I prepare my octopus with nice and spicy seasoning and Tandoori style. And we never forget the spicy butter with tandoori so let's get started!!

Ingredients
Octopus tentacles
Butter
Kashmiri chili powder
Garlic
3 Cardamom cloves
3 bay leaves
10 pepper corn
1 tsp cumin
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp hot paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
First cook your octopus in the seafood broth with the aromatics - 3 Cardamom cloves, 3 bay leaves, 10 pepper corn, 1 tsp cumin, 1 inch cinnamon stick. simmer for 30 minutes or until the octopus is cooked ( it’s cooked when you can easily stick your fork in it).
Season the octopus with seasoning mix - Some oil, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp ginger, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tsp hot paprika, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, ¾ tsp Salt.
Note - to grill your octopus the grill must be on super high heat.
Grill the octopus,until it’s cooked.
Making the spicy butter - take 1 stick butter ,½ cup minced garlic, 2 tsp kashmiri chili powder, and we can’t forget or Thai chili pepper. cook until the garlic is fully toasted.
Once the octopus is toasted, brush it with the spicy butter and enjoy !!
