Take your steak and cut into strips, mix it ½ cup chopped green scallion, some ginger, 4-5 chopped garlic cloves, with 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and let it sit for few minutes.
On medium low heat cook the steak, until the soy sauce becomes thick and the steak is cooked. Boil your egg for 6 minutes.
Serve hot with egg in between and season with some sesame seeds and enjoy!!
