I wonder why does Gnocchi has "G" in it but anyway let's make spicy and tasty Cauliflower Gnocchi today. Gnocchi dosen't always have to be dull and boring lets spice things up today and make it in our own way spicy as we like it, Lets get started!!

Ingredients

Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
Shallots
Garlic
Gochujang
Gochugaru
Heavy cream
Butter
Thai chili pepper

Directions

In a pan heat 2 tbsp Butter add trader Joe’s cauliflower and cook for 7 minutes. Add finely chopped shallots cook for 3 minutes add finely chopped garlic cook for 3 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp Gochujang, ¼ cup heavy cream cook for another 3 minutes turn off the heat.
Add Gochugaru and top with cilantro and Thai chili pepper, Enjoy.
