Ingredients
- 1 lb cod fish
- ¼ cup rice flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅜ cup plain flour
- ⅛ cup rice flour
- ½ tsp & 1/4 baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 5 oz to 12 carbonated water

Directions
Coat 1 lb cod fish with ¼ cup rice flour, Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine everything in the wet batter. It should smooth and runny like a pancake batter. ⅜ cup plain flour, ⅛ cup rice flour, ½ tsp & 1/4 baking powder, ⅛ tsp salt, 5 oz to 12 carbonated water.
Coat the fish in the wet batter and deep fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown while flipping every few minutes. As soon as you take it our the oil, salt it while it is still hot
Assemble the burger with tartar sauce, lettuce, chips (fries), and our favorite Thai chili peppers and any other sauce you like.
